And again he was admitted to the ward on Nov 2011 , 22nd - 25th .
After the first admission of febrile fit for this year, his feverish not getting any better. The temperature most likely a rollercoaster, upside down for 2 weeks until we decided to refer his condition to the specialists at GH Penang.
And trust me..
..being a mom , its not easy..after you realize that your child is highly expose to febrile fit whenever he's on high fever until he's 6 years old. Im definitely not going to risk his health issue so here we go again to many sleepless night and stressful days spent at the ward.
But its okay, its worth it because Hamas is priceless.
By the way, the main reason why he still at feverish stage for 2 weeks is due to pneumonia. Pneumonia is a breathing (respiratory) condition in which there is an infection of the lung.

For the record, he also an asthmatic which is clearly not helping his condition. The endless coughing and wheezing simply makes him struggling thus he's back on the daily use of aerochamber inhaler of budesonide (brown) twice per day. And the salbutamol (blue) on the attack basis, whenever needed. Just like his mama.
Oh yes, im an asthmatic too :-(
Once he's got discharge from the ward , we get him a pneumococcal vaccination.
Here's the definition of Pneumococcal vaccination:
Is a method of preventing a specific type of lung infection (pneumonia) that is caused by Pneumococcus bacterium. There are more than 80 different types of pneumococcus bacteria-23 of these are covered in the current vaccination. The vaccine is injected into the body to stimulate the normal immune system to produce antibodies that are directed against pneumococcus bacteria.
For his age, two doses are needed. The first dose taken done on 6th December. The last dose will be around February next year.

While waiting for their turn to be vaccinated at the clinic. Oh, Indah also get her vaccination done. Only 1 dose for her age of 2+ years old. Per dose cost at RM240. Quite a damage to the wallet but we do what we could just to assure we've tried everything at our very best for our child's health.
A childs are absolutely our wealth ^----^
